Orders may be placed online, by phone (1-224-425-5800), fax (1-224-425-5801), email (sales@viccouniforms.com), or by US Mail. All major credit cards are accepted. We also accept money orders, business checks, wire transfers, and letters of credit. For personal checks, please allow a minimum of 10-15 business days for processing. Open accounts are available to qualified businesses with a D&B number. All prices are exclusive of shipping and handling unless otherwise indicated. IL residents will be assessed 10.0% sales tax. Free shipping applies only to orders that ship FedEx Ground and are pre-paid.

RETURN/WARRANTY POLICY
We strongly recommend that all merchandise be inspected at time of delivery. If there is visible damage, please refuse the shipment and contact our customer service as soon as possible. Further, we also strongly recommend that all customers fully inspect merchandise within 24 hours of delivery. If there are any problems with your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
The original purchaser has a period of 30 days from date of delivery to return any purchase for a full refund, less shipping and handling, provided the merchandise is in new, unworn condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging. No worn merchandise will be accepted. Unless the merchandise is shipped in error, customer is responsible for outgoing freight as well as return freight. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from the credit, which the customer is entitled to upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Acceptance of merchandise is final only after inspection. To protect the original factory carton from any additional shipping damage, please place it inside another carton for return shipping.
All returns require a "RGA" - Returned Goods Authorization. In some cases, returns may require a re-stock fee as imposed by the manufacturer. Please contact our customer service staff for return information before sending any packages.
SHIPPING
We download orders during our regular business hours (M-F 8AM-5PM CST). Items that ship by standard UPS or FedEx service within the continental US generally are delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Some special order items may require longer delivery time.
AVAILABLE METHODS: Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. We do offer expedited shipping on most items. Expedited orders must be received by 1:00 P.M Central Time to have the opportunity to ship out the same day.
FREE SHIPPING: Free shipping on pre-paid orders over $200.00 applies to items that can ship by FedEx Ground within the contiguous US only. For customers located in Hawaii and Alaska, shipping would be free to the closest contiguous US border and the customer would then be responsible for any additional shipping fees thereafter. Shipping quotes can be provided by your sales representative. International customers also get free shipping to the closest contiguous US border. This also applies to any freight forwarder companies you might use within the United States. Any additional shipping fees and import duties or taxes would be the customer's responsibility. Payment method for this type of order is wire transfer only.

We make every reasonable effort to "Price Match" a legitimate, Internet advertised price upon receipt of written proof that the price is available to the general public. The price match will take into account the following:
